Exploring new flavors and blends of ice cream has been one of the most exciting things in my life. At one point, I decided that the neighborhood ice cream shop is not enough for me.
Thus began my search for the superb, unheard of, and often unconventional ways to make, eat and talk about ice cream. Do I regret it? I’d say not a scoop.
When I started, I had no intention of writing about ice creams, you know. It was something that I did to keep myself alive.
However, as I started tasting more flavors and styles from different places, I understood that an ice cream flavor is more than a unique taste. It tells a lot about the food culture, preparation style, and even the people in a place.
I also learned that you could tell a lot about someone by looking at their taste of ice creams, you know. And, unlike the old days, I now have access to flavors and food items from even the places I have not heard of.
I agree that everyone’s experience with ice cream is different. For some people, ice cream is the go-to comfort food, while others consider it a cuisine.
If you think about it, you can create thousands of innovative dishes by blending ice cream with the right ingredients, and that is just the beginning. Ice cream sandwiches, ice pops, and cinnamon roll ice cream are just some of these options. However, I also understand that you may not know where to begin when you get started.
There are so many choices, and it becomes confusing. That is why I wanted to start this blog. It could be the haven for everything ice cream you always wished for.
