Mint ice cream: A mild peppermint flavor—clean and refreshing. Subtly sweet. Creamy. Smooth. Premium quality. Enjoyable—provided you aren’t looking for a bold mint ice cream.

Brownie Chunks: A few large brownie clumps, fairly dry and cakey, not fudgy. But look at the cross section pictures. It’s mostly crumbs.

Are these crumbs actually Thin Mints Girl Scout Cookie Crumbs? I ask because the scoop shop version of this flavor has only Thin Mints as a mix-in, not brownies. I couldn’t tell from the taste. The ingredients don’t include Thin Mints, so I think the crumbs are from brownies, not Thin Mints.

Overall: Brownies and mint ice cream are a solid combo, but more mix-ins would make this into a truly premium pint. At over $10 per pint, we deserve a better mix-in ratio.
