Ice Cream Review: Van Leeuwen Bourbon Cherries Jubilee
Van Leeuwen’s Bourbon Cherry Jubilee is a pleasant ice cream plagued by ice crystals in the cherry compote swirl. The sweet cream base is good quality—rich and creamy—the quality I’ve come to expect from VL.
Ice cream Review: Graeter’s Midnight Snack 8/10
: Graeter’s Midnight Snack is a strong contender against Ben & Jerry’s Chubby Hubby. It has a very similar flavor profile to Chubby Hubby—malt base, chocolate-covered pretzel balls, mini peanut butter cups, and brownie chunks.
Ice Cream Review: Caffe Panna – You Win 5/10
Caffe Panna’s You Win has all the mix-ins of a great pint—marshmallow fluff, caramel, Oreo crumbles, and chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups. But the fatal flaw here is a lack of ice cream base.

Ice cream review: Caffe Panna Graham Central dedication (6/10)
Caffe Panna’s Graham Central Dedication is smore’s overload. It’s more mix-ins than base. Don’t get me wrong: all the ingredients are top notch.
Ice Cream Review: Ben & Jerry’s “Topped” Whiskey Biz
Ben & Jerry’s “Topped” Whiskey Biz has all the elements of a great pint—a rich complex brown butter bourbon base and decadent mix-ins. The base has nice dairy notes and the perfect subtle taste of bourbon.
